Appointed by the landlord, Full Circle Workplace was tasked with delivering a dilapidation and refurbishment of this mixed-use commercial unit, preparing the space for new tenancy with a focus on speed, value and presentation.

The brief included both office and warehouse areas, with the goal of creating a functional, flexible and fully lettable unit within a tight turnaround of just six weeks.

Dual-Purpose Space, Single-Minded Delivery

Works included internal redecoration, lighting upgrades, flooring works, and layout reconfiguration across both parts of the building. The project was delivered entirely in-house allowing tight coordination of the programme and ensuring all trades were managed efficiently on site.

With prospective tenants already being shown the space, there was no room for error. Every decision was geared around delivering a clean, compliant and market-ready result.

A well-presented commercial space, equally suitable for warehousing and office operations. The refurbished unit meets all functional requirements and offers a blank canvas for future tenants — supporting faster occupancy and stronger rental appeal.
