The Project

DR Newitt, a specialist recruitment consultancy for the food & drink, FMCG, energy and cosmetics sectors, appointed Full Circle Workplace to deliver a CAT B fit out of their new Manchester headquarters at Centurion House — directly opposite Spinningfields in one of the city’s most recognised commercial locations.

As a growing business moving on from serviced offices, DR Newitt placed real emphasis on creating a space that reflected their values — professional, welcoming, and inspiring for their team. The project was led in partnership with their contract administrator, HK Design.

The Challenge

This was a key move for the client, and selecting the right fit out partner was critical. The brief required a careful balance between smart presentation, comfortable layout, and high-performance systems — all delivered on a tightly managed programme in a high-profile setting.

With just six weeks on site, the fit out needed to be exact, efficient, and snag-free.

The Outcome

Delivered on time, within budget, and with a zero-snag handover, the 6,000 sq ft project exceeded expectations — with positive feedback from both the client and design team. The success of this scheme has since led to invitations for Full Circle Workplace to tender for further national works.
