Equity Release Supermarket, a market-leading provider of impartial financial advice, appointed Full Circle Workplace to deliver a complete CAT B fit out for their new Warrington headquarters.
Working closely with SDA Architects, the aim was to create a polished, high-performance workspace that reflected the company’s modern values, supporting both team wellbeing and operational efficiency in equal measure.
A Collaborative Approach To A Confident New Space
The project transformed a 5,600 sq ft CAT A shell into a fully branded, people-focused environment in just six weeks. Features included open-plan work areas, meeting zones, and carefully designed break-out spaces. All brought together through a clean, professional aesthetic.
Attention to detail was key: integrated floor box power distribution, acoustic partitions, ergonomic seating, and smart furniture all contributed to a future-proofed, tech-ready space that feels both calm and capable.
Delivered under the management of our in-house project team, the programme was fast, focused, and fully coordinated from start to finish.
