The Project

Full Circle Workplace was appointed by Marsh Commercial to deliver a full CAT A refurbishment of their new 33,000 sq ft head office facility in Woking. The project involved the complete renewal of three floors, transforming a tired and outdated layout into a clean, flexible, and future-ready workspace.

This was more than a refresh — it was a full reconfiguration designed to support evolving tenant requirements and long-term value.

The Challenge

The existing space was heavily partitioned, with legacy services and inefficient layouts. The project began with a full strip out of partitions, ceilings and flooring, followed by extensive mechanical and electrical works — all to a tight 16-week schedule.

Maintaining momentum across three floors while coordinating specialist trades required clear phasing, close supervision, and constant communication.

The Outcome

Delivered on time, the project successfully transformed the building into a bright, open-plan workspace with renewed infrastructure and complete design flexibility for future occupation.
