Bringing Space Back To Market
As part of a planned return to market, Unit 1 at Sharston Green needed a complete dilapidation and refurbishment programme restoring the 28,000 sq ft industrial unit to a clean, compliant and lettable condition.
Full Circle Workplace was appointed to manage the full scope of works over a 12-week programme, with a key objective being to raise the building’s EPC rating while delivering a refreshed internal environment fit for future tenants.



Smart, Compliant, And Future-Ready
The works included full internal strip-out, mechanical and electrical upgrades, lighting improvements, redecoration, and minor external repairs. We also made targeted changes to improve the energy performance of the building, supporting a stronger EPC rating which is now a critical factor for landlords in the industrial sector.
All works were delivered in-house, with seamless coordination between our site and project management teams.






The Result
Unit 1 now offers a blank canvas for potential occupiers, bright, functional and fully reinstated. This is a strong example of how industrial dilapidation works can maximise asset value, boost compliance, and reduce void periods between tenancies.
